SECURE PAYMENT:

We're a Bar with Bedrooms.

You can drink and sleep here.

And have breakfast.

We try to get everything locally.

Our drinks are all British.

We don't serve dinner but you can

buy or order in a takeaway and eat it in our lovely conservatory when you buy a drink or two from us!

Who comes to stay?

Our guests are both young and old,

famous and unknown.

Tourists, business people and shooters.

We love children.

As long as they are over the age of four.

We have a trampoline to amuse them.

And little trucks to ride on.

But we don't take pets of any description.

Our conservatory bar is big and bright.

There are two huge squishy sofas

and lots of boardgames.

Our snooker table is purple.

The countryside views are something else.

And there's one huge car park which is free.

We are really just one big house.

And we have the best house guests ever!

WHAT WE ARE

We’re only eight miles south of Bath....

So why wake up in a city?

We have a river walk nearby to the village of Rode.

We have three pubs within walking distance.

A 20 minute drive takes you to Bath.

Or a 30 minute bus ride from just outside.

Or a shorter drive to Bathampton by the weir.

You can then take a boat to Bath.

Or there is always park’n’ride.

Frome, Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge are so close.

Westbury and Warminster aren't much further.

Stonehenge is only 45 minutes away as is Salisbury.

Cheddar Gorge and Wells are the same distance away.

The Cotswolds are not too far away either.

You can visit Bath at any time of the year.

It's much less busy in the winter months.

Except during the Christmas Market.

Where else has Roman Baths?

And a stupendous Abbey rebuilt three times since 757 AD?

For shows there is the Theatre Royal and Komedia.

There are museums galore.

And winter is rugby season.

And we have Bath rugby.

Their training ground is in the next village

and it's only a bus ride to their ground in Bath.
