HOUSE PARTIES
Invite enough friends to take over all 14 double rooms and we'll be yours exclusively. Between May and September it would have to be for two nights if it's a weekend, and for the rest of the year or a weekday, just one night.
Just think! We'll cook, wash and clean for you during your stay and we won't let anyone else in.
Just as if were your own home.
GETTING MARRIED
You can get married here if you give us enough notice and you can celebrate here, but only if you want something a little different like a hog roast or a barbecue or pies from the pie van! If you want a more formal affair you would have to get outside caterers (we have a number on our books). You would also have to take us and our 14 bedrooms over for two nights if it's a Friday or Saturday between May and September and one night outside these months. Approximate cost of all bedrooms for one night is £2,000, two nights £4,000. The exclusive hire cost is £1,000 for both days plus the cost of all the rooms for two nights or £800 for one day plus all the rooms for one night.
Added to this there's the cost of the catering and of course the drinks which have to be purchased from us.
Having the ceremony here is included in the exclusive hire cost.
STAG WEEKENDS
If you're looking for an activity stag weekend then we can help you organise everything - from golf to watching rugby or playing a game of cricket to ballooning and paint-balling to go-karting. Dinner next door at the pub on the first night, then a few drinks in Bath with a mini bus to take you there and back, and for the second night a barbecue or dinner back at The House after a day of activities. We are known for our sirloin steaks from neighbouring Church Farm and Neil only supplies a handful of restaurants with his juicy meat.
More action or just a late breakfast and a stroll by the river on the last day to complete the weekend.
